Built for daily pharmacy administration, Akkad combines medicine records, stock control, cashier tools, expiry monitoring, suppliers, and financial reporting.

Manage medicines and inventory:

- Search or scan the medicine library to quickly create product records

- Add medicines and other products with SKU, barcode, category, image, brand, unit, price, and stock

- Sell and track products by unit or pack, such as a strip or box, with separate barcodes and prices

- Track batches with batch numbers, quantities, cost prices, notes, and expiry dates

- Review expired stock and batches expiring within 7, 30, or 90 days, including quantities and value at risk

- Monitor low stock, stock health, and current inventory value

Run sales and purchasing:

- Use the POS cashier to scan products, add discounts, and accept cash, card, or split payments

- Hold carts, reprint receipts, and manage cashier shifts and drawer differences

- Print customizable receipts and invoices, plus product labels, QR codes, and barcodes

- Manage suppliers and purchase orders, including batch and expiry information for incoming stock

- Save customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and delivery details

Understand and control the business:

- Review revenue, orders, profit, margin, average order value, expenses, taxes, and category performance
