Pipe Rogue is a deckbuilding puzzle game played on a 6×6 grid. Route the flow from start to finish across 8 escalating levels.

Each turn, spinning reels drop pipe tiles onto your board. Draft tiles to customize your deck and manage the grid: golden pipes build your economy, gyro tiles auto-orient on placement, ice tiles freeze critical junctions, and explosives clear rocks to uncover hidden enhancements. Watch out for environmental interactions—burning tiles melt away your freeze effects and scorch placement options.

Forming specific patterns—straight runs, staircases, and box formations—earns tokens for shop abilities. Spend them mid-level to rotate misfits, clear dead space, or swap entire reels when a layout gets tricky.

The grid isn't passive. Sticky tiles lock out your tools, and siphons drain your token gains. Take on hazard chips to gain enhanced pipes, or stick to standard paths to survive the run.

DAILY RUN MODE

Compete with friends or climb global leaderboards in the Daily Run: a fast 4-round sprint where you start loaded with enhanced tiles and high hazards. Your objective is simple—clear all 4 rounds while spending as few total tokens as possible.

Every choice compounds. An early pattern bonus can fund the bomb that saves a run ten turns later—if you plan ahead.

What's New

Sound, feel, and a sharper opening decision. • Background music — a soundtrack that shifts with what you're doing, with separate SOUND FX and MUSIC sliders and a credits screen for the artists. • New player tips walk you through each mechanic the first time you meet it. • Real haptics — the reels rumble as they spin, and tools, payouts and wins each have their own feel. Toggle them off in Settings. • RUN SUMMARY card on the end screen: your time, pulls, patterns scored, tools used and rocks cleared for the whole run. • Every run now opens on a real decision. Your two starter tiles each carry a hazard price, so you're choosing a downside to live with from the first screen — and round 1 already has hazard pipes on the board. Tap a hazard price to read exactly what you're signing up for. • Claiming a known tile now opens your bag: REPLACE swaps it in for one you're tired of, or ADD keeps it as a straight addition. • Runs start with 8 tokens instead of 5. • Two new settings: LOCK ON TOOL USE stops accidental spins while a tool is armed, and GROUP SIMILAR TILES sorts your inventory. • The DAILY button shows how long is left on today's board, and warns you when a run won't count on the leaderboard. • Crystal pipes pay out with a proper flourish, and the reels blur while they spin. • Fixed a startup stutter, a CONTINUE button overlapping the tools, gyro pipes dealt facing the wrong way, and a save that didn't stick when you returned to the puzzle.
